Vincent “Vinnie” serves as the Outsourced Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) Senior Advisor for Brown Plus.
Vinnie brings 45 years of leadership in Information Technology (IT) across both corporate and higher education sectors. With extensive experience in enterprise systems, including global ERP platforms such as SAP, he has led high-performing teams and cultivated positive, collaborative cultures throughout his career.
After 30 years in the corporate sector, Vinnie served a decade as CIO in higher education, partnering with college leadership, faculty and staff to align technology with student-focused mission objectives. He is passionate about translating IT challenges into meaningful organizational impact, helping organizations innovate, stabilize and optimize complex enterprise systems.
Whether providing strategic assessments, guiding system implementations or driving mission-aligned technology solutions, Vinnie is dedicated to supporting his clients in achieving lasting success.
Vinnie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Messiah University.
