Courtney is the Learning and Development (L&D) Manager at Brown Plus with over five years of experience. In her role, she is responsible for assessing firm-wide learning needs and designing, implementing and managing comprehensive training programs that drive and support professional growth. She works closely with leadership and department managers to ensure training programs align with strategic business objectives, address skill gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning.

In addition to her L&D responsibilities, Courtney oversees the Firm’s scheduling process across audit, tax and other service lines, ensuring that each project is staffed with professionals whose skill sets align with the work requirements.

Courtney currently serves on the Firm’s Internship Program Committee and Onboarding Training Committee. She served as a member of the Brown Plus Emerging Professionals (BEP) Group Steering Committee, where she helped plan monthly events focused on professional development, networking and community engagement for the Firm’s young professionals.

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Messiah University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Pennsylvania. While in college, she served as Participant Coordinator and Director of Service Trips at the Agapé Center. In these roles, she promoted student involvement in local service initiatives and led the planning of service-learning experiences.
