Her experience includes overseeing SEC reporting and compliance, resolving complex technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP, strengthening financial and IT internal control frameworks and supporting major transactions and strategic initiatives — including a successful IPO.

Throughout her career, Kim has guided organizations through critical reporting and transformation milestones, including the implementation of various enterprise systems and internal control programs. Kim began her career in public accounting serving property and casualty (P&C) insurance clients, building a strong foundation in statutory accounting, audit requirements and regulatory expectations. She now brings that industry experience together with nearly two decades of broader financial leadership, offering clients the advantage of an advisor who understands both the technical demands of accounting and the realities of operating a modern finance function.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Shippensburg University.
