Brown Plus Named one of the 2023 Best Places to Work in PA
Regional premier advisory firm, Brown Plus, was recently named one of the 2023 Best Places to Work in PA by Central Penn Business Journal (CPBJ) and Lehigh Valley Business. This year marks the 20th time that BSSF has made the list of top 100 organizations to work for in Pennsylvania.
Brown Plus’ ranking within the medium employer category (for employers with 100 – 249 employees) will be revealed at an awards celebration on December 7, 2023, at the Lancaster Marriott. Winners will also be profiled in print and digital publications from both CPBJ and Lehigh Valley Business within the month of December.

The annual Best Places to Work in PA program is a partnership between BridgeTower Media/CPBJ, Lehigh Valley Business and Best Companies Group. The award recognizes the top 100 organizations across the Commonwealth based on workplace practices and employee survey feedback, which is the most heavily weighted segment of the two-part process. To be considered, an employer must be a publicly or privately held business; be a for-profit business, nonprofit organization or governmental entity; have a facility within the state of Pennsylvania; have at least 15 full- or part-time employees working in Pennsylvania; and be in business a minimum of one year. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and analyzed the data to determine the final rankings.
